Vintage Three-Panel Indigo Stripe Cotton Futon Cover

A vintage Japanese three-panel indigo cotton piece, originally used as a futon cover. It features a simple woven stripe design in indigo blue and soft grey tones.

The medium-weight cotton has a soft handle from years of use. The exposed side has faded beautifully over time, while the reverse retains a deeper indigo colour.

There are several old mends and patches, along with areas of wear and small holes, reflecting its age and original use. Suitable for quilting, garment making, patchwork and other textile projects.
